  This was my first home purchase and my credit wasn't the greatest, I actually did not have high hopes that I would get approved. John Sustachek was able to make buying my first home possible though! Within 48 hours of filling out the pre-approval application he'd made first point of contact and not even 24 hours after our first time speaking he had a pre-approval letter ready for me. He was able to answer all of my questions every step of the way, along with his assistant Stef Hett! I was locked in at a great interest rate with a very affordable mortgage payment. I am very happy with the services they've provided and I will refer all of my friends and family to Envoy, and most importantly John!
