Vanessa Stabbe5What a pleasant experience going into the Delafield Chase bank location. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by a woman named Athena - she was extremely friendly and helpful. I know the Midwest is always friendly, but this was genuine customer service like no other.

Melissa2The tellers Lacie and Bigmountain are very nice and helpful, they gave the branch that old small town down home bank feeling. Banking services over the phone were easy to use and so was the online. The fees for overdraft fees are high and unforgiving. One last thing Christina is not very pleasant and has a snooty rude tone. Score went down because of her and limitations Chase has put on accounts. I received a letter stating if I made another cash over night deposit they would drop my account and they would not allow my Dad to make a cash deposit for me.

The Stone Mason1This bank has the worst tellers from any bank I've ever been to. I couldn't believe the poor service. I wouldn't even take my change here to cash it in. Poor service and fees for everything. Poor poor poor service bank. I would be ashamed of myself if I owned this branch.
