  This is the first time I've ever left a bad review. I've had some large deposits over the past several months. This is the only Bmo location that puts a hold on the majority of my money for 7 days. They say that is their policy, but every other Bmo location I've been to I have not had this problem. I've been a customer here my whole life since they were M&I Bank. I'm seriously contemplating leaving them and going to my small local bank where I do my business banking for my small business. The customer service is night and day difference.

  This is the worst BMO branch in all of Wisconsin. The customer service is horrible and they continually close the doors when they like to. They will make you wait and be rude to your face. Better to drive a bit further and get the service you deserve.

  This location was Rock Star, but for various reasons I want to make sure BMO gets recognized for their poor performance. I'll be leaving a 1 star review on the Bluemound Rd location in Brookfield.

  No coin counter to cash in my change.....really?! No I don't have time to sit and wait while you put it in rolls by hand. I'll go to my other bank WITH a coin counter. FAIL!

  This branch is well managed and all the people that I have dealt with have been very sharp and personable. I would recommend this group to anyone.
