  Manley is probably one of the most awesome mortgage officers out there, as someone who was unfamiliar with the process Manley went above and beyond to follow me making sure I understood everything and I leveraged my situation to my advantage. Taking a mortgage is a stressful situation having a loan officer that follows you A-Z is something very rare from what I have heard. All my friend too when exchanging second opinions were highly impressed by how Manley always went above and beyond. Also closing was literally a matter of 30 minutes!

  Home Lending Services reputation is tarnished based on my experience with Manley Haines who over promised and well under delivered on expectations set at the beginning of a truly difficult closing experience. Everyday leading up to our closing I was asked to deliver more documents, resend those documents, a letter from my place of work assuring I was moving with my job in tact, to get notary noted documents, and to find my own POA all in a matter of a week before closing. The experience became a massive distraction and continues even after the closing because when I flew from New York the day before I was heading out for a work trip I was told on site that I needed an original document and then was forced to do a quit deed in order to proceed. The expectation set at that point was that I would only need to visit the office and sign another document. TODAY I learned that will cost another $150. STAY CLEAR and AWAY from Home Lending Services. They are operating a very disorganized and unprofessional business that puts the buyer at high risk of a heart attack from unnecessary stresses that any professional in the business would have resolved. No one should experience this level of incompetency when starting a new journey to a new home in a new state and city.
