  Ryan is a complete professional. It's hard to always determine in today's mortgage market if you are getting a good deal. With Ryan I'm 100% confident we did. He was very patient to answer all of our questions and did a great job always following through to make sure we were on schedule with closing our loan.   Ryan Randle was the best! I have been a Realtor for 25 years and closed over 1200 lifetime transactions and I can say Ryan is hands down the most 'on it' loan officer i have worked with in my career. Ryan just helped us sail through our own home purchase for the 2nd time and although our builder was less than stellar, Ryan was the polar opposite in helping us navigate through the loan and appraisal process smoothly to a worry free closing once again. US Bank is so much better having this consummate professional on their staff. Thanks again Ryan!

  Second mortgage we've completed with Ryan, and he's our 'go-to' banker 100%. Great service, communication, and ease in completing the tasks in obtaining a new loan. He went out of his way to explain things so we could easily understand them, and without being asked, offered us a lower rate halfway through the process! Highly recommended!

  Ryan helped my wife and I with a new build in the Stepping Stone community in Parker. There is NOBODY else I would ever use for any mortgage needs. He was a great communicator and followed through every time. He was great with communicating with our builder, Shea Homes. The process was so smooth and easy. Some of my neighbors went through the builder’s mortgage LO, and they regret that decision due to inaccurate information, delayed closing, etc. So I gave them all Ryan’s business card and told them if they wanted to refinance, to call Ryan! US Bank is an ethical Bank, don’t go with the shady lessor known lending institutions for one of the biggest purchases of your life. Ryan and US Bank is a powerhouse team!

  As a first time home buyer, I had many questions about the process and the details. Ryan and his team were very patient with me and responded to all my questions very quickly. Additionally, my offer required that I close in about 30 days to be able to beat other offers on the table. Ryan and team did not only assure me it will get done in 30 days, they made it happen with no hicups. More importantly, the interest rate offered was the lowest rate that I received from all competitors. All the mortgage brokers that approached me eventually came back and admitted they can't beat the rate.... I will definitely work with Ryan and his team again!!!!
