Matthew Moffitt5Customer service wise the Castle Rock crew does a phenomenal job. I am currently making the transition from a local credit union down the road that crossed a line with me. I've typically enjoyed local banking but I've grown enough that I need additional resources and services, including direct 1 on 1 time with the specialists located at this branch. I've never banked with Bank of America or any of the other big 3 but I'm very satisfied with my decision to go with Bank of America. Keep up the good work!

Jeb Wild1The manager does not tell you the truth here. I suggest you bank with a local credit union where they will at least be honest with their customers. This has happened more then one time. Their employees do not communicate well with each other because stories and options are always different. They don’t even try to fake helping you. Maybe take at least take two minutes and try to help your customers. Especially for customers with a 15 year history with your bank. Time to switch banks.

Laura turner1if I could give no stars I would. I paid my auto loan in full on their website. They took the payment twice, overdrawing my account. Then told me there was nothing they could do for up to a week because they couldn't see the payment on their end, even though it was on their site. THEN said it would take another 10 plus days to issue me a check refund. SCAM! Don't do business with this company! EDITING THIS BASED ON YOUR REPLY BELOW: I have reached out. I've spoken to NINE people... none of which are "able" to refund the overpayment for up to 2 weeks. AS A BANK I WOULD THINK THERE'S A WAY FOR YOU TO REFUND MONEY YOU STOLE WITHOUT WAITING DAYS AND DAYS FOR IT TO CLEAR FIRST!

Austin1Very very lazy group of people. I brought in my change jar to deposit it into my savings account and the lady told me I would have to roll the coins myself. Um, no that’s what the bank is for. SMH

JPREEL11I have had a number of poor experiences at this location over the past year. Their culture is not customer centric and they are generally a very lazy group of people at this location. I stopped in twice this week to remove a signer from our business account. The first time I was told the were too busy to help. The second time, two of the employees were chatting in the reception area and I asked one if he could help. He told me that his break wasn't over for another 12 mins and I could take a seat and wait or come back. I thought he was joking at first. This was the final straw for me. If you are looking for a great bank in this location, go to Chase across the street. They are great and will take good care of you.

marietta companie1I went to the branch to make a simple deposit into a checking account. This branch seemed absolutely overwhelmed with the three customers (including me) that the five employees needed to assist. One was attending a conference call so she had it on a speaker phone so everyone in the entire bank could hear it. One was busy not knowing what to do and another seemed intent on keeping everyone in an orderly line. 15 minutes later, I was thanked for my patience and finally got to deposit my check. Glad I didn’t need to much.

Maryorie Arias1My husband was due to deploy soon and I made an appointment due to the fact that I live in Colorado Springs and there is no BoA nearby (45 min drive to castle rock). When I arrived I was told they took a customer in place of our appointment and would have to wait 40 minutes or come back 3-4 hours later. We let her know our situation explaining that he wouldn’t be able to come back at a later date and we made an appointment for this exact reason. They stated no one was available to assist. When we find out the lady standing in the front, talking to us, is the manager we ask if she can assist us and she said no because she’s watching the front. Please keep in mind that there was no one in the bank and It was very empty. I’m sure there is a reason for her watching the front, but to be a manager and suggest going shopping at the outlets or to have lunch and comeback hours later after our appointment was taken from us is not a good way to handle this situation. I think Bank of America should look into the several reviews on this page that talk about bad service. It’s very unfortunate that we experienced this kind of customer service at this Castle Rock location (closest to Colorado Springs). We ended up driving into Denver to get better on the spot service. We will 100% not be returning to this location.

Kyle Robb5Autumn Henderson is amazing. I’m a 24 year old trying to make smart choices for my future and she was amazingly patient with me. She felt so comfortable with letting me call my mother, states away from here, and get a 2nd opinion. She was looking out for me the whole time and helped me set up my savings account with them. Even after the fact, i came across a problem with my account and the same day she answered my call and put it in her calendar for the next day to be processed to fix it for me for the near future to be resolved. I trusted her and feel great about my decisions with Bank of America. So glad you guys are growing everywhere in the beautiful state of Colorado.
