Duane Johnston1Had a $750 check that was a tax refund from the United States Treasury. Went in to the Monument branch to cash the check. It was made out to my business and myself - I'm a sole proprietor, but my business is an S-Corp for tax reasons. I have been a member of Ent Credit Union since 1972. The Ent Monument branch wouldn't cash it since it was made out to both my business and myself. Welcome to bizzaro land They said that the check would have to be reissued by the issuer (The United States Government!) to just me in order for them to cash it. Let's see - I'll call the IRS and tell them that my bank won't take their check because they made it out to both a business and an individual. I honestly thought they were kidding - they weren't, just that incompetent. After waiting over 35 minutes while they checked, had the lead teller get involved, and then finally the manager - I closed my money market account. This branch doesn't have any clue. Adams Bank and Trust cashed the check the next day.

Joseph Poelstra1After being a customer for many years, once I get my car paid off I'll never use this bank again. I'd fallen on hard times because of COVID, being furloughed, and other problems. The most Ent was willing to do is remind me that I'm behind and tell me I'll need to figure it out on my own to get the loan current. In contrast, my wife of course was in the same situation, and her bank bent over backwards to help her. Ent only asks every time, "When will you be able to pay next?" even when I'd told them it's impossible for me. The last time I spoke with them the rep said, "Well there's nothing we can do for you, you signed a contract saying you'd pay all of your car payments." In a time of pandemic recovery with many still suffering, this is an incredibly insensitive thing to say. Even worse, it sounded like they just didn't care. Even if they couldn't have done anything, the rep's tone told me they wouldn't have wanted to anyway. I never thought I'd be treated this bad after falling on hard times, especially considering I've been on time with payments for years. I'd only gotten behind due to extenuating circumstances. Don't expect this bank to do much of anything to help you in hard times, even if you're a loyal customer for years with prompt payments.

Raging Richie2I tried opening an account and they turned me away saying they had schedules Apts. I waited around just to see NOBODY show up on a Saturday. The sexurity guard on the other hand was very respectfull.

Julie Volk1WARNING...DO NOT use ENT if you want a professional and knowledgeable experience! I went to ENT to open personal and business accounts. I needed ten accounts in total, which included those for my mortgage brokerage company and my Short Term Rental businesses. I was told ENT could help, so I provided my social security number, driver's license, EIN for each of the businesses, by-laws, articles of incorporation and last years tax returns. I opened a personal account and told I needed to come back to open business accounts. I came back to open business accounts. Opened the ones needed for my Short Term Rentals, but then told "compliance" needed to review my mortgage brokerage company. Compliance determined my mortgage business wasn't a fit for ENT. I've spent three hours of my life with ENT and given them very personal information about myself and each of my businesses and NOW, they've decided they cannot work with me. Why wasn't I told this on day one when I first entered the branch and explained my needs? To put salt on the wound, the banker didn't know the difference between a LLC and S Corp. She didn't know what documents were needed to open the type of accounts I needed. I was disappointed by the lack of basic knowledge, how my time was wasted, they didn't know the difference between mortgage brokerage and mortgage lending and how my security (and the security of my businesses) was compromised.

noah crider1STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK.. They will force loans upon you that you can’t afford, they will drain your account with seemingly no transactions going through.. stay far away if you like to keep your money safe!

BK Brundrett3I mean - ENT makes paying them ahrd if you bank with another credit union. I used my auto payments and they just decided to not run it making it 2 days late. it took them an hr to realize that happened and apollogized and offered me to try again next month. I foresee myself having to make a payment again manually. probably will refinance with a different credit union.

Little Blonde862I have a very big problem with their drive thru. I should be helped and sent on my way fairly quick, but at this Ent, you are not. I've always spent more than 10 minutes in their drive thru, no matter what time of the day it is. People inside are helped first even though i was in the drive thru and I saw the customer go to the counter. Today in particular, I spent almost 30 minutes in drive thru, 4 people were helped before I was done. The same girl who was helping me, helped the 4 other people who showed up in the drive thru AFTER me. I had places to be, if I did not need my deposit slips, I would have just left. They need to work on their drive thru procedure..
