      I have been a Chase customer for more than 20 years. Over the years always wonderful service, at both Colorado Springs downtown and Monument branches. I had the same very negative experience with Lynette as others have reported, as I was setting up a new business account. I have not seen her at the Monument Branch recently. Hopefully she is no longer there. Fortunately, the other staff members there are extremely professional, friendly, and competent. A special shout out to Abby, who is exceptional in every way.

      I see a lot of negative reviews, realizing these are rather old. I, myself, have been banking with Chase for over 20yrs. I have my personal and business with them. I recently moved to Monument from Teller County and have had no issues with this branch. I believe things have changed hands. I am giving them 4 stars only because there can be a wait time for any return calls or get anyone to answer the phone. However, the teller service has been great, and moving my business acct over was easy peasy and no issues.

      I wish I could give this bank negative stars. I opened a business account here 2 months ago with Lynette (steer clear of her if you have to use this bank). I went to access it today just to find out that it has been closed because of some document they needed. Lynette called me to tell me I had to give them this new document, I drove to the bank and handed the document to her associate (who's also worthless because apparently he lost it) She called me to ask for the document again which I informed her it was there, and that her associate had the paperwork. She said she would call me back if I needed anything.....never got a call back. 2 weeks later I scheduled a meeting with her to open another business account for my girlfriend and a joint personal checking account for us, She cancelled at the last minute because she needed to pick up her kids from school.........I've called the local branch over 20 times today and noone will answer the phone. After almost 15 years of having an account with Chase, I have to say I'm done with this bank and will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

      My employee deposited a cashier check to them through mobile banking and they decided that the remitter is the payee and lock her accounts up and rejected her direct deposit as well as freezing all funds. When I called them, they would not take another look at the check and lied about contacting the issuing bank to verify check. My employee had no money for almost a week due to their error and that it is going to be another few days before they can redeposit the direct deposit that has been going in there for 4 months without an issue. Absolut worst service ever. Don't know about the branches but call center is horrible.

      Unfortunately the customer service here from the bankers is very sub par. I felt like I was a huge nuisance for wanting to open a business checking account where my business was registered in another state. I had to walk out of the appointment out of shock from the aggression and rude attitude I was witnessing from the “banker”. I set up an appointment with Wells Fargo a few days later and it was AMAZING! Wells Fargo had the account created in 30 minutes and on top of that it was just a breath of fresh air from all of the positivity in the building. I have been banking with chase for awhile but I’m excited to cancel all my accounts and move them to another bank where I feel valued as a customer.

      The service is extremely slow for everything. People are nice but when you have to consistently wait 10 minutes or longer to make a deposit the nice people don’t matter. Chase and/or this branch need to figure out how to better handle customers.

      Agree with all the other reviews about the manager, Lenette. Incompetent, rude, really has no business working at a bank. There are things out of her control, and that fine, but she has no interest in managing the small amount of things actually in her control. Won't be banking with her, or Chase.

      We just moved a large sum of our money OUT of this bank due to the manager. Once we get our accounts established at another bank, we will be closing our accounts here. Congratulations, Chase Bank, you just lost a hunk of money. BTW, we called to itemized our complaints, Chase said they'd call at a specific time and never did. THAT, my friend, is service!

      Banking here a was horrible experience - the worker even said maybe Chase wasn’t the right bank for us because of having to come in multiple times for the same issue due to her incompetence! People like that should not be representing this bank.

      Worst branch I have ever dealt with. Something is going on at this branch because the turnover rate is huge. You can go in there 1 month and the next month you can go in there and every teller is different. Every other branch I have dealt with you'll have the same personnel for years which enable you to develop a rapport with the bank staff. I firmly believe the manager Alid Gonzalez is responsible and when you read the other reviews here it's quite obvious the manager is the problem but apparently Chase bank just isn't that smart.
