  As a first time home buyer it can seem to be overwhelming and lots of those moments when you feel like I can't possibly process any more information and what have we got ourselves into... Then you encounter that difference maker and for us that was Patricia McNutt. From start to finish she walked by our side and addressed our questions, concerns and moments of uncertainty. We loved her professionalism and humor in the group text. her communication was amazing from the application to our closing. We can't cant Thank Patricia enough for her efforts. I would recommend Patricia without question.

They were very quick to respond and got our refinance from application to signing within 9 days…not business days..9 calendar days! We couldn’t be more impressed or happy with the results.   If you want someone with knowledge and experience Vaughn Littrell needs to be your guy. Despite knowing how busy he and his team is, I truly felt like I was his only client. His responsiveness to calls, texts and emails were some of the best customer service experience I have ever had. I believe we had more of a complex situation but Vaughn took it on and we closed on time and with accurate numbers. The interest rate he provided was THE top one in the area. Without a doubt, I will refer all clients to Vaughn and his team.

  I worked with Quinn from Fidelity Mortgage solutions to help my mom with a finance solution for my mom. Even though he didn't have a loan that would work for her because she is out of state he went out of his way to help her find a solution with another lender. Quinn truely cares about people and will go out of his way to make sure the customer has the right loan for their needs. I will be working with Quinn for all my future home loans.
