  They lost $1200 of our money and didn't even try to get it back through claims. And then we had to pay $300 back to the bank because we were overdrafts because of the bank hack. Don't bother. Worst banking ever.

  Every time i come here the ATM machines are broken. They have been repaired multiple times but the company should just replace the machines before someone has a huge issue trying to get their money. 💰

  What a delight they are at this branch! I can’t remember the last time I did any banking in person - I do everything online. I felt really stupid and unsure what to do but the security guard was charming and so was the teller. Thank you!

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. Have never had an issue with them. Mike was especially helpful, when my card number was stolen.

  One of the largest and slowest banks in the Springs. Six teller stations and usually 3 tellers. Lines will range from 10-20 in the lobby on any given Friday. Edit: 5/21 - Same conditions, 2 tellers for 8 people in line. Edit: 1/18 - Tuesday after a bank holiday, 2 tellers actively helping. Line of 11 people. Edit: 4/13 - Wednesday - 12 people in line for 3 tellers. People in offices not doing a thing to help.

  Ashleigh is an amazing Customer Service Specialist/Rep! She took care of me switching accounts and transferred all my checking, savings, and loans to my new account. She was more than patient and professional with me. Not only that but I was told from several people I’d receive a call back and was not. Ashleigh remembered working with me and went out of her way to assist me. Ent is an incredibly company to bank with as they’ve never let me down, but ashleigh went above and beyond for me. Showing that she truly cares for her clients, every CSR should follow in her foot steps. Now I remember why I bank with you guys! Thanks for being so awesome Ashleigh, best of luck to you!

  Jessica Cash is AMAZING!! She helped me with my first car loan and I constantly called her everyday asking so many questions and she was always patient and answered my questions fully. I admire her patience, guidance and support. Great customer service with her and ENT!

  I came here to start a new account, I was greeted by friendly security and staff. I also used their change/ coin counter, everything was rather smooth and lines weren't too long/ timely. Seth helped me to set up my account and figure out some information on an account I had already set up with a business, with his help I was able to figure out all I needed to for my account but also the security of my presence with their institution elsewhere.

  Ava Whitmore, Senior Service Representative/Business Consultant is incredible! Today she was managing the drive thru, but came to help in the lobby and assisted me with opening a second account. She was terrific, super helpful, thoughtful, and an absolute joy to be assisted by. People like this are exactly why I left Wells Fargo. Ava, you rock!!
