  This is a wonderful credit union and the best location by far. They are always friendly and ready to help with a smile. Even when they are busy things move quickly and smooth. Also, the Branch manager, James has gone above and beyond to help me in several occasions.. He takes time to make sure your questions are answered and that you have a better understanding. He has never made me feel rushed or that I’m just a number. Wow!! Way to go AAFCU. This is a great team of people. Thanks for making life a little bit easier and kinder.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I have called for questions on my account, I have got different responses each time regarding my auto loan. I have called for two weeks now and still haven’t got a solid answer on what is going on. So, good luck :)

  They canceled my auto pay for no reason , now I have a negative on my credit report, I will NEVER do business with them again. Plus there app sucks you can NOT make a principle payment through the app you have to either go in person or call the center so they can do it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AIR ACADEMY CREDIT UNION

  The staff is always so kind! The options are endless whether you are looking for a checking account, or loan (auto , home, or otherwise) their rates are right on track. Definitely feel safe with this credit union!

  I wanted to make sure I left a formal comment as well. I spoke to Eli in customer service on the phone today, and he was so kind, and understanding. His kindness was such a breath of fresh air I needed today I have been an AAFCU customer for approx 7 years, and I always have received great customer service, and at the branch off Academy-CSprings as well. Thank you to Eli especially, please give him a raise and the accolades he deserves.

  By far the most unfriendly and unhelpful credit Union or Bank in Colorado springs that I have had the misfortune to visit in over 45 years of living in this city. Not just once but on their second chance they performed even worse. If you are looking for a credit union that will go out of their way to find obscure rules not to help you then by all means go here otherwise you have been warned in the strongest terms to avoid their hidden fees and poor customer service

  horrible people with shady business practices. They canceled my auto pay on my car loan resulting in me missing a monthly payment and affecting my credit for something they did for what ever reason. Called and basically was told it was my fault they canceled my auto pay and i missed it. On top of that, theyre trying to get me to pay for two missed months when i can clearly see i was charged for the month they said im missing. If you have a choice do not have anything to do with these people.

  This branch is very convenient for us and we've always received exceptional service. We used to live by the main branch. There has not been any service we've not been able to receive at this smaller location & we're always met with a smile & quick service. I can't speak to the drive through as we always go in.

  It’s a great bank if you love long wait times, phone loops, and the run around. Oh they also will take it upon themselves to use a different account than the account info you put in when paying bills and you’ll rack up unknown fees in an account you don’t use.

  I just do not understand all the negative comments! I have had nothing but good experiences with AAFCU! I've had 2 loans--car loan and personal loan--and one HELOC. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I will continue to bank with them until they give me a reason not to! Deb Guasp
