  Mamie and the team at DTS Mortgage are, hands down, the best mortgage brokers in Colorado Springs. They work hard to find the best rates, are incredibly responsive, and help you close super fast. And if you’re looking for VA loan assistance, they’ll walk you through the entire process, ensuring all your questions are answered along the way. They made us feel like family and I can’t recommend them enough. If there were 10 stars to give...I’d give this team 11!! Folks, shop around for the best rates, but when you’re done fooling around with amateurs, give the pros at DTS Mortgage a call...you’ll be glad you did.

  Sen through DTS Mortgage on the reccomendation of my realtor, I've had nothing but good experiences. I was paired up with Laura Powell and she was great, explained questions that I had in the same day, if not the same hour, that I asked them. She also kept the ball rolling through a slightly rocky closing, always making sure that if signatures were required we had them ready to go as soon as we possibly could. At closing with the title company she had also made an extremely detailed binder of every document I'd need, from the appraisal report to a copy of my insurance coverages, which I greatly appreciate. I don't have any questions yet about my loan but if I do, I'll confidently go to Laura and DTS for answers.

  I absolutely love Olivia. She made the whole experience much better. No matter when I called or how many times she was always kind and joyful. She sounded like she was happy to serve you. She was very informative. We got a great rate as well.

  This is our second experience with DTS. Both have been fantastic. Tiffany has always been so helpful, especially when presented with unrealistic timelines that she met with time to spare. She has the customers best interests at heart even telling us at one point that it wasn't a good time for us to refi. We would definitely use DTS again.

  Janet Cox and Davidson group has been great. I have bought 2 houses from them and they are the best and they're loan dept has helped me several time with refinancing. I trust them more than anyone I have ever done business with.

  I contacted Tiffany about refinancing our home. Within 3 weeks we were closed on the refinance. Tiffany was so helpful and answered any question we had very quickly.   My wife and I just purchased a new patio home in Sanctuary Pointe. We used DTS Mortgage, as recommended by our realtor Peggy Ulmer for financing. Tiffany Singleton was our primary POC, along with Olivia Tomlinson. Tiffany was so easy to work with, answering all my questions, usually within minutes, never longer than a few hours.
