  The Service Reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure. Customer service at the counters is exceptional. Lots of parking. The outside ATMs are easy to access any time. The inside ATM is apparently available only during business hours. The mobile app works great; and the online site is very easy to navigate. ENT Credit Union gets a very strong recommendation.

  Thank you to Ms. Tasha. She went above and beyond helping us today. She gave amazing advice that we unfortunately could not take at the time, but was greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping calm my boyfriends nerves concerning our financial situation.

  Personally I love ent. You can cash checks or deposit cash from any of there atms and it's amazing. And you can cash thru the app. But this place is great it's a drive thru you can use 24/7 unless down

  Every branch has their own rules. This branch just expressed that they would rather not help people with children open an account for deposit.

  Rude and unnecessarily mean and made my 81 year old mom cry today!! My Mom has had an Ent account for years. For 3 weeks she's had trouble accessing the phone banking service. She's spoken to several people and many were downright rude and condescending! Manager Sherry Mitchell, this is shameful. Get your staff some training on how to be professional.

  Absolutely phenomenal experience. The employees were all taking responsible COVID precautions and everyone was prompt & informative. Carolyn helped me open an account easily and in a reasonable amount of time and she was delightful to talk with throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this branch!

  Massive confusion of who does what at this branch and a horrifically bad experience as a whole. I would give this location -100 stars if I could. I brought in a large amount in saving bonds to cash out and place in a savings account. I walked in and was greeted by a lady who works at the front desk. I told her what I needed and she summoned another lady who works in a side office to assist. The 2nd lady said she "couldn't help" and sent me to a teller. The teller said she couldn't do it either because of the large number and amount of bonds and sent me back to the front desk. The lady at the front desk ended up having to process my entire transaction and she was very helpful, but I had to stand for a 20+ minute, multi, multi, multi-thousand dollar transaction when I was expecting the privacy of a side office. Also, the front desk lady still had to direct other bank customers where to go as they entered the branch, while working on my transaction at the same time. Not her fault, that is the fault of the bank manager. I am appalled that I was forced to stand with thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of currency in the lobby of this branch. Thankfully there were lots of cameras, but I was very afraid someone was going to swipe one of my bonds as they were walking by without me noticing. Thankfully, that didn't happen. Regardless, NOTHING about my my experience at this branch was the way it should have been. I hope the ENT managers read this and fix the MASSIVE problems with this branch.

  I love this credit union! They are wonderful to work with! Every time I need help, they have always accommodated me. They give u money too just for being a member!

  Usually a great bank, but the ATMs keep breaking down! A posted sign to warn customers about this before we waste an ungodly amount of time waiting in line before discovering that it's broken would be nice. Multiple times now, multiple locations, not just this branch. Frustrating.
