  Awesome experience working with Enrique and mortgage lending group. As a first time home buyer the whole experience of buying a house was intimidating to say the least but, once I found Enrique and mortgage lending group all my anxiety quickly subsided and disappeared. He told me expertly what I needed to do and what to expect, home buying is a lot simpler than I originally thought thanks to all the information Enrique gave me.   I have worked with Enrique Pelayo Jr. on several different projects including home purchases and refinancing and have always been pleased. I have always gotten the best rate and trust Enrique's advice and guidance. As a veteran, it is an added bonus that Enrique is experienced with the VA home loan process. I have learned over the years that there will usually be an11th hour crisis during the process but Enrique has always worked out an effective and timely solution giving me peace of mind and keeping the project on track.   Professional, timely, all on-line, great rate. They know what they're doing which is essential when seeking financial anything: mortgage, broker, et al. We've already referred other people to him. In addition to professional, they are also nice, understanding people and that really counts when there is so much paper work required for mortgage apps these days.
