  We wrote an offer on Christmas Day, Ed was still available to shoot us a quick pre-approval letter. This was my second house and I can tell you from experience, Ed is the epitome of professional. Everything went smoothly! There was one hiccup on my end and Ed handled it quickly and resolved the matter immediately. I will never use anyone but Ed if I buy another home.
