      I was just at this location today and received terrible service. All I had was a house payment to drop off and needed a receipt. Normally this takes about 2 minutes. When I pulled up to the window, the teller immediately opened the drawer and said something about needing to finish an inside transaction first. She proceeded to call another teller for help and seemed very frustrated with her computer for the next few minutes, counted some cash multiple times, went across the room and opened a drawer, etc. Finally she came over and said she needed to go to the front to complete this other transaction and did not apologize. I said I was concerned because there was not only me, but another customer behind me who had been waiting. All she said was “please stay! I’ll be right back” with no apology whatsoever. I decided to leave, as I didn’t know how long she would take. I understand that glitches happen and I am not necessarily blaming her (although the lack of communication/apology was completely wrong), but the bank management and administration needs to hear this. I will not be going back to the Edmonds Bank of America location and I will tell others not to, as well.

      They temporarily "lost" my husbands paycheck so it didn't get deposited until FIVE DAYS after we physically walked into the bank to deposit the check. Causing a whole chain of overdraft fees that should've never happened. Customer service was a pain to deal with. Called Salal Credit Union today and they've bent over backwards to help us switch banks an move all our loans over to them. What a breath of fresh air. We will promptly be shutting down our accounts with B of A. I have never had a good experience with their customer service and this just pushed us over the edge.

      I called the edmonds branch 22 times today. Still can’t get a hold of anyone. Soooooooo bad

      I had questions about my old statements and a youngish man helped me. He might be the manager. Very polite, good service and thorough with my questions. I really appreciated it! I seldom go into the branch as most of my banking is done online. I often speak to online representatives who have always provided great service. btw, we have several accounts with B of A and it's so streamline with online banking I love it!!!

      BOA requires I provide an I.D. to make a deposit for my employer. I gave them my Driver's License. I forgot to ask for it back. After 2 weeks they told my boss they had my license. I received it back today. They made absolutely no attempt to inform me my license was at their branch. They could have called me or dropped it off at my employer across the street. They did nothing. I spent hours looking for my license before I gave up and paid for a replacement. This is horrible service in my opinion. I look forward to canceling my BOA credit card as soon as it's paid off and not having any type business with them. If they can't or refuse to take 10 seconds to call me about my driver's license why should I trust them them with any of my accounts? Torin

      TERRIBLE bank...they hate serving people. They told me to go out and make my deposit in ATM. I closed my account. U.S. Bank has nice folks.

      I have been with this bank since they were Seafirst Bank in the 1980's. Every year the service gets worse. B of A is just too big to care. The only reason I haven't changed banks is because of all the auto bill paying I have set up there.

      Slow inexperienced service..changing banks ASAP..one cashier at lunch that can't even do a transfer and argues with customers. Then another staff asks customers behind you in line if they she can help thrm so those customers that need to have money exchanged get their transaction done before you..was there 25 minutes and left without a tranaction. Great place to visit if you have all day.

      Customer Service at BOA is outrageous! My biggest complaint about BOA is customer service and has been for years. I took the time to schedule an appointment via their internet site to avoid a long wait in the bank. Forget that idea because after waiting 10 minutes I asked why I was not given any precedence and they just told me the personnel were busy and there was nothing they could do about it--without even a "sorry."
