  After putting up with my constant questions, Tom got us into our house two years ago. Over the past couple of years, he reminded me that he wanted to refinance because of the PMI I had to pay. When September (two-year mark) rolled around, we started the paperwork. I didn't have as many ridiculous questions this time, not that it would have mattered. Tom is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and we closed November 1 ... only six weeks from application! I have absolutely no problem recommending both Motto Mortgage and Tom MacArthur!

  Tom MacArthur is my go-to guy here. I've worked with him over the past couple years. He is super responsive and knowledgeable and extremely friendly. You'll want him to be your best friend. Tom was my original mortgage broker for my house when I bought it. After a year of owning, I decided to refinance since rates are low and I had Julio as my loan officer and he was amazing as well. Julio was very friendly and understanding and very responsive. He let me know if I had to electronically sign documents and answered all my questions, no matter how silly I felt they were. Motto Mortgage is a company that I can't say enough good things about. They make you feel like you are the most important client to them and they work their magic to get you the best deal for your financial situation. Ask lots of questions and tell them your concerns and they will make sure you are taken care of. Other mortgage brokers I have worked with in the past felt like they were selling you something. They had a sales pitch and it felt too scripted. Motto Mortgage has never felt like that. They have felt like family friends and I 1000% recommend them. They will do everything in their power to get you the best mortgage loan and you won't want to switch brokers.

  We had a great experience with Tom and Victor at the Motto group. Tom worked so hard to help us find the best loan and rate for us. He was patient when we had questions, he was honest and communicated with us when we ran into challenges with the seller of one of the homes we considered buying. Tom explained everything, every step of the way and Victor helped find the best house for us! I honestly think we were difficult clients because of our situation and they handle everything beautifully. I can’t recommend these guys enough. We are so happy at our new home and it was only possible thanks to Tom and Victor at the Motto group.

  We worked with Timmy Jason Horlacher and he did a great job. We appreciated the fact that he kept us in the loop throughout the process. Jason worked hard to get us the best rate possible. When we were signing our final docs the Notary commented "Boy you received a great rate!" It was clear that Jason was empathetic/understanding how to deal/work with seniors, which we are. If we ever got stuck on anything in dealing with the computer, he would "screen share" with us... in other words he would take steps to be able to see my computer screen allowing Jason to help guide us through to completion on the step(s). His approach was such that we felt we had our loan officer right next door to us holding our hand IF we needed the help. I would recommend MOTTO, but especially Jason to anyone! Thanks Motto! Thanks Jason!

  Tom at Motto was a dream to work with for our refinance. We initially were going the traditional bank route. Chase dragged out the process for months and our contractor was about to give up on us. Then we bailed on Chase and found Tom. Speed was of the essence so we could stay on schedule with our kitchen remodel. From our first meeting with Tom to funding was less than a month and we couldn't be more thrilled. Everything went smoothly. He is passionate about what he does, extremely knowledgeable, reviewed several options with us, kept us informed all throughout the process. I will never deal with a bank directly again. Tom's the Motto man.

  Jason was a pleasure to work with. He patiently answered a "million" questions and provided me the details to feel great about my decision to refinance.
