  We decided to refinance our home after a friend told us about their experience with Encore Bank. I called the number that the friend furnished for contacting Encore. My conversation with Mr. Whisenhunt provided me with the details concerning Interest Rates, what my new house payment would be, and what the next step was to get the Re- finance process started. The Loan papers were filled out and submitted, the appraisal was done, and everything moved smoothly along. Since I live in Texas and Encore Bank is in Arkansas, we used a local Title Company where I live. Everything at closing was exactly as he had told me, including my new lower mortgage payment. I would highly recommend Encore Bank because of the reliable service and caring attitude. They are THE BEST in providing excellent Customer Service.

  I recently refinanced my house with Encore Bank and couldn't be happier. Not only did they offer the lowest rate I could find, they also made the process from application through closing a very easy experience. I did the entire process, with the exception of closing, over email which was my preference. The staff were very professional and kept me up to date throughout the process. I couldn't be more pleased and I think you will too if you give them the opportunity.
