      Customer service is really lacking here. I already have a Chase credit card that I'm happy with. My current bank, Iberiabank, is closing locations all over town and merging with a new bank so it's time for a new bank. I walked into the Chase Chenal location and a gentleman asked if he could help me. I said I would like to open a checking account. He asked if I had an appointment. Confused, I asked if that was necesssary to open a checking accout. He said yes we can fit you in tomorrow afternoon. I left. I called the University branch and they said the same thing. They didn't have time today to open a checking account for me. I told her that was very concerning as a potential customer and asked if all transactions need an appointment. She said yes they try to do all business by appointment. I guess I will go to the credit union now since Chase is to busy for my business.

      I have been with chase for over 15 years and actually was a bit sad to know there was no chase in Little Rock before I moved here last year. So it is really an exciting thing to see Chase is opening two branches here and more are on the way. I have been in both branches and they are equally excellent. Big space, cutting-edge design, professional services, exactly what I am looking for from Chase… I wish they continue to grow and really bring up new faces and services to this area.
