Annie Berry4Sylvia was so nice and helpful. She helped me get exactly what I needed efficiently, but also just was relatable! Only reason for taking a star off is because an older man was rude, impatient, and acted miserable. but sylvia was GREAT!

Steve Lewandowski3Slowly but surely they have stripped customer service from the majority of their locations. Makes it very difficult for small businesses. I've got to go through the long slow process of switching banks. Managers care. I know it's a business decision.

Little Rockian4I switched to Arvest because their late banking hours are great and fit my schedule, their online features are great, and they now have paperless deposits. The customer service is generally good except for one person at this particular branch that seems to have an attitude with customers. I think her name was Jasmine. She isn’t necessarily rude, she just has this uncomfortable vibe, as if she’s being inconvenienced, even if it’s a simple deposit. I try to avoid her if possible. Everyone else is great.

Anthony Aldridge1I've been with this bank for years trying to make things work and let things slide. I should have left when the mortgage lady told me that it wasn't worth her time to do my VA home loan program but I stuck around. The banking was ok but it was just banking no frills needed but as my disability worsened and we hit on hard times the overdraft fee's make you feel like they're made to make you stay in the negative. It's horrible. I think we're going to be ok then we're right back where we were. I do not recommend this bank at all, I have been banking here since Superior federal and I think it might be time for us to start bank shopping.

Brandi Jay2I opened up an account here a year ago, and it was awesome. Very cool location, nice employees. But now ever since you got rid of deposit slips my banking experience here has been a nightmare. Bring back the deposit slips please

Mary Mills1Terrible place to bank. I've been giving this place my business since I started working there at 18 years of age. 20 years later and I still don't matter as a customer. I closed my accounts and I'm taking my business elsewhere. Good riddance Arvest.
