  I have shopped here for years and they have always had great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful with firearms for new and used inventory. Great store and I will keep shopping here for sure

  I’ve known these guys and this place for almost 30 years. Anyone who doesn’t appreciate the attention to detail and the customer service…well it simply says more about you than them. I’ll leave it at that.

  I was getting ready to go into Mountain Man Pawn on S. School Ave. when I saw 2 large men exit the store and walk all the way across the parking lot to harass a mixed race homeless couple that was waiting for the bus because we're sitting in the parking lot of the closed down bank next to the bus stop that apparently belongs to them....Shame on you Mountain Man Pawn! I will NEVER shop there now and I only hope that these bruisers can quickly learn how it feels to be the less fortunate before they abuse anyone else.

  I stop by to look through the store periodically when I'm in the area and it's always a great experience. Whether I am able to find something to buy or nor, the selection is exceptional and the staff is courteous and friendly. If merchandise has been there a while, they are happy to negotiate a discount. Most highly recommended pawn shop in NWA, and their smaller location on College Ave. Is worth checking out too (Instant Money Pawn).

  Pawned a game system. They sold it, but did not reset it. It sold so quickly, I suspect an employee bought it. Major pain to prove that I was the owner of the account and get my bank info and games from it. Whoever bought it was immensely enjoying the many games I bought and luckily didn't purchase more with my account. They have an obligation when it comes to reseting this stuff, but I have a feeling , they knew what they were doing.

  Sorry you had this issue, but I personally reset all gaming consoles before putting them out. It sounds like an issue between yourself and PlayStation network or X Box live. To clarify, no one who works here bought your system that you had pawned here. We will not sell a modern console without factory resetting it. Hope that this clears up some of your concerns or grievances.

  I go in at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable when it comes to their inventory and is always super friendly.

  The staff here has amazing customer service!! My daughter was looking for a Fender Electric Guitar and we found one here she fell in LOVE with! However, it did not have strings on it. The staff put new strings on the guitar and even tuned it for her so she could test it. We walked out with an amazing guitar at a wonderful price. Best Pawn Shop in the area!
