  We refinanced with Emperiq twice now. Both times were great. They are very fast and thorough. Mike Cox is very personable and was always available for my questions. He always tries to find the smallest rates with the cheapest fees. We are very happy with our new mortgage. Most importantly, we saved a lot of money!

  I have worked with Mike and Emperiq Financial three separate occasions, for both refinances and home equities. They are nothing but honest, prompt, and easy. I will forever only use Mike and his company, and always recommend him to anyone I know looking for home loans or refinances. I wholeheartedly believe any negative review is not legitimate, as Emperiq has always taken great care of me or anyone else I know who does business with them.

  If -5 was a rating it would be to high for these guys. They have no clue what they are doing. Steer clear of these guys. Update- 3-22-21 Though for privacy issues I don't use my real name, my wife and I were screwed out of $1000 even though we did everything we had to. So I still believe that your company or at least your workers are incompetent.

I searched through all of our team's notes and files and I don't show you're a client of ours; not sure if you are mistaken with which company you had a poor experience? Our current referral rate is over 98% so clearly people having a good experience is the lifeblood of our relationships and business, nevertheless if you had a bad experience I would love to hear about it and see if there is any remedy.
