  I received an email offering a promotion for refinancing my vehicle and applied. Mayeli reached out to me the next day with an approval for 3.9% 60 months and lowered my payment by $200 per month! Then as if that wasn't good enough news, they offered me a rewards credit card with $1000 limit just to open up a new relationship between them and I. Very pleased with their willingness to be proactive and offer all of that with 1 hard inquiry on my credit report (Experian). Feels good to be appreciated... great job GWCU!

  I just refinanced my car with GW! They saved me over $110.00 a month, they cut my interest rate in 1/2 AND they took me from an 84 month term to a 70 month term! Way to save me money and time on my loan!!! Nayeli, and Dale are amazing go to people with this company!!! So far this is my second car loan with them, and I know it won’t be my last!

  So far, I love this credit union! I refinanced my mortgage and Goldenwest was able to get done in three days what my other credit union couldn't do in two months. I ended up with a lower rate, and less closing costs. Also, Eric was great to work with. The tellers are efficient and courteous. I'm very happy with every experience I've had here.

  Customer service over the phone is bad.. At least for the one rep I spoke with. She was helpful in giving instruction but bedside manor sucked and was not apologetic or kind in any way. Or gracious that I am a new customer. Just seemed very annoyed by my call. Yet I was patient and on hold for 20 minutes before any rep even answered the phone. UGH. Hopefully this doesn't show what the next several years will be like dealing with this bank for my loan. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better???

  I drive a little farther to get to this branch. The reason I do is because of Eric and Amy. They treat me like family every time I walk in the door. Update, just got another loan with Amy, she was great to work with and had me in and out quickly. Thanks again.

  I have been a customer with goldenwest for a long time but just recently I came to this new branch and much to my surprise I met Carly and Amy who were more than happy to help me. I am a senior citizen and they both were very helpful and patient with me. I have never been more satisfied. I will go out of my way to go to this branch they really know how to treat people well. Thanks GWCU for having these pleasant employees.
