  Service would be so much better if a caller needing to speak with a live person could be connected directly to your credit union rather than a call center. I was on hold 30 minutes. Very frustrating from a customer view point.

  There were three tellers working and no one at their window. Two of us waiting in line to be helped. Waited about 15 minutes to finally be helped.☹

  Worst Credit Union in history!!! They are never able to answer their phone, you wait on hold listening to garbage music for 21 minutes only for them to hang up on you when you are next call for them to pick up. Mountain America Credit Union is so much better!! They have my other accounts and they have never treated me this horrible.

  Excellent customer service compared to another credit union I do business with. When there was problems with payoff from another credit union AUFCU let me know immediately so I could follow up. AUFCU has taken time to “listen” and help problem solve.

  I took out a home loan through AUFCU . My loan officer Juan Andrade was professional and caring. We closed on time and he made the experience truly wonderful.   The tellers at this branch are rude, condescending, and argumentative. They behave this way every time I speak to them. I'm going to edit this review to include the rest of their names when I go in next (one of them is Jarren). I'll also include the name of their wonderful manager who has always been great to work with. Clearly the lower level employees need to be reminded that they're still in a customer service position and their attitudes are completely unnecessary. One even hung up on me today after only a few words exchanged because I couldn't remember my account number, which they don't need because they can look up your account with your other account information. Completely disrespectful!
