  We had a bad storm and came a bad leak, Elite Roofing was quick to replace the roof. Calvin and the crew were on time, got rite to work and did a great job. Definitely recommend.

  I couldn’t honestly recommend Elite roofing based on my experience. In January 2021 I had an estimate completed by Josh out of the Fairmont office. The estimate was for a roof and siding replacement. The roof replacement was the only contract signed because it was the only part that could be completed at the time. The siding would have to wait for warmer weather per Josh. The roof was put on in early February. The crew sent by Elite was Spanish only speaking except for their “interpreter” Antonio. He new a few words of English. I can’t be convinced that they had ever done a metal roof before. I expressed my concerns to Josh and got nowhere. I ended having to speak with JR, the owner of the company and Josh’s brother. I sent him pictures of the job and he agreed to make it right. A second crew was sent out the next week. This crew consisted of three guys; Junior, Paul and Calvin. All three spoke and understood English. The guys quickly got to work replacing almost the whole roof. This crew did an outstanding job. I truly appreciate the work that they did. They made a bad experience better. I just hope that I never need warranty work done. I can’t even get a reply back about doing the siding.
