  Jamie was absolutely the best to work with, she went out of her way to help me and my husband get a boat loan. We tried a bank and as usual, this was difficult and very time consuming. I told my husband that we needed to go through Element credit union because they are much better to work with. I spoke to Jamie and she was amazing to help with everything we needed. She had us approved and on our way to get the boat in no time. I cannot express how stress free and easy the process was, especially compared to a bank. Thank you Element!

  We are highly pleased with Element FCU. We have always had pleasant and prompt responses to any calls or emails. Everything from checking, personal loans and car loans have all been painless and pleasurable experiences. A special thank you to Olivia, who recently helped us go through the steps of obtaining an auto loan. You are much appreciated. We look forward to eventually securing home financing through Element as well.

  Absolutely the worse bank on planet earth. Very rude, very poor customer service, and don't listen to a thing the consumers say. Don't do business here!!! They can't even follow simple instructions. I purchase a motorcycle off an individual that had the bike financed here. I had my own financing so I brought a CERTIFIED check from my bank to them and apparently certified checks aren't good here even with a letter from the bank,the check,and a phone verification from my bank. I like in KY and KY is not hold the title state. Needless to say they wouldn't release the title to me same day. So oh well, we had the title signed and notarized that way it was ready for me to transfer it and get it inspected.They had very clear instructions from my bank and myself that the title was to be mailed to me. They still mailed it to the bank. This bank does NOT care about the consumer! Do not do business here!!!

  We love Element! The staff is always so friendly and inviting. Very accommodating with several options to do business in-person and remotely.

  They never answer the phone. Bad attitude when confronted for making mistakes with my account. They stopped transferring money to pay my car loan because they didn't like that i caught them ignoring the phone. 2 months later I received a letter telling me to surrender my car.

  I don't thank ill have anything else to do with the bank these credit unions tell you one thing then do something different I had worst time with these folks told me one thing then lie about doing it the credit manager don't check at there bank before they make decisions I believe if I was over the credit I would look at my experience with that customer
