  DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! They are not only behind in the times and technology but pure inconsiderate azzholes! I have been with them 12 years and can't get a wire transfer without driving 1200 miles one way to sign for it! I will now be out of $6k plus losing on buying my home and homless with my 2 children! I was already going to close on the account after closing on my home but Regional manager Melissa (Berkeley Co) has demanded I close it now! She has also LOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND MY DEBIT CARD! When I called customer service to speak with someone I was told to only speak with her and good luck! Funny you can email me an affidavit to sign to close my account and send my money by check over night but can't wire it!

  I have been with this bank since I was 18yrs old. Open up my 1st account there. Opened up another account at a Bank in KC just to see how they were, it was my savings account and they had me in a mess in less than 6 months. Glad I didn't switch the rest of my money there. Put my savings in City where I should have been in the first place. They are courteous, friendly, professional people in every department. The best place for all your needs.

  I have an account through this bank. I'm legally blind. I have been told twice my kind is not wanted there. I went in there to get quarters twice and one woman (blonde,short,wavy hair with glasses) denied me quarters both times. The other workers haven't denied me quarters the other times, however they do give a disapproving look. I reordered a bebit card 4 times and still have not recieved it. Its obvious I'm visually impaired. I have explained that I am and only get ignored or the disgusted look.This bank discriminates. Their discrimination is taking away my independence.

  This has been my bank for over 3 years and it is head and shoulders above the other banks. Other banks are quicker to impose fees, less likely to make exceptions, and most of all I feel like I have to mention how absurd Andrea Scott's allegation is that employees here discriminate (the comment below this one from the girl who claims to be "lethally" blind [sic].) Somehow denying her quarters is robbing her of her independence despite being able to distinguish 'disapproving looks' while suffering from "lethal" blindness. The only thing worse than her eyesight is her IQ, apparently... this is the best bank in the valley.

  Full service bank branch located in Kanawha City. ATM available on backside of building, not part of drive-thru. Friendly and professional staff.

  This bank manger there was rude and unprofessional and said she can't help me with my account been hacked even this I have fraud protection please every one pull your money from city national bank the kanawha city branch manger is unprofessional and rude uses profanity this is not a professional or fraud safe bank the didn't even help me waited for 13 days to tell me my account had been hacked thank you all citizens

  Requested an address change it never happened , and never place on there system with customer service told me everything would be taken care of, I called 2nd time around and now there talking about doing a fax thing when I notified this branch way in advance about the change, and there bank account page updating balances r very very slow that needs changed also....

  not very friendly considering switching to another bank
