  Our loan officer Derek was great. He gave us options and helped us select the option that was tailored to our needs. He got us a great rate and was with us every step of the way during the underwriting process. The team around him were always courteous and professional and the closing took only 15 minutes! Very impressed.

  We took out some equity in our house to fund construction of a cabin. The process with Elevate was incredibly easy and we are elated with our low rate. I have always been a proponent of paying off loans as quickly as possible, but in today's environment, keeping our investments earning high rates of return, while utilizing the lowest interest rates we will see for a long time to fund our new cabin just makes sense. We especially want to thank our loan officer, Mark Powell, for guiding us through the entire process. Five stars!

  This company is the best lending provider for mortgages. I also experienced the best loan officer by the name of Axel Segovia. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was so kind and explain to me every detail of the process. I am so glad I went with this company. I save $375 on my monthly payment for my mortgage loan! I cannot thank them enough esp Axel Segovia.

  My experience was great!! From my first contact with the loan officer, communication was NEVER a problem. I was able to reach out to my loan office as well as her assistant any time i had questions and would get a reply in a timely manner. This process was such a breeze and I am SO thankful for everything!!
