  We had a fantastic experience with Aaron Callahan and Mara McCleery at Elev8 Mortgage. We had to switch brokers 10 days into a 30 day escrow but Aaron and Mara weren't afraid of the challenge. They took it head on and moved at lightning speed to not only lock us in at a great rate, but they were in constant communication with us, our realtor and even the seller's realtor to make sure everyone was on the same page. I can't say enough good things about this team. Without them, we may have lost out on our dream home. I can't thank them enough for making this happen for us. Thanks again, Aaron.

  Elev8 Mortgage team were GREAT to work with. They were efficient and professional. I spoke with Clint on a handful occasions. He was easy to talk to and very helpful. Mara was on point with all the paperwork she had to work with and also very patient. I didn’t work much with Trevor but when I did he was also helpful and made things easier for us. I will recommend Elev8 Mortgage to anyone. It was a nice experience to work with them. Mikael

He is easy to communicate with, honest and hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place and I had many questions about the entire process.   I highly recommend using Elev8 for your mortgage loan needs. As a first time home buyer, it was pretty overwhelming thinking about finding a loan that was in my best interest. But I learned I could trust the team at Elev8 very quickly.... and they did all the work for me! After submitting all my documents into their easy to use online portal, they worked on my behalf and found me a great interest rate. Joel kept me updated and Kris was always there to explain any complicated documents. I will for sure use them with my next home purchase.
