  Jeff Reed of Black Diamond Financial has been the best loan officer I have every used. I'm a real estate broker and over the years I have worked with countless mortgage companies and loan officers. The first time I worked with Jeff was on my own personal home loan. I was frustrated with the various lenders that I was referring my clients too, their rates and fees seemed to be all over the board. I was having to pit one lender against another to get my clients a fair deal, I was tired of playing that game. I did some research and found Jeff, I asked him at least a 100 questions, all of which he patiently answered. He was knowledgeable and more importantly, consistent and honest. I decided to give him a try with my loan and have since never looked back. I am now referring all my current and past clients to Jeff. His service, fees and rates cannot be beat!   Jeff Reed did an excellent job for me. This is actually the second time I've done a refinance through him. Both experiences were excellent. No stress. He worked to get me the best deal possible, and was very patient when I held out for interest rates to drop a bit more. He worked to make the paperwork as easy to get through as possible, too. Highly recommended!

  Jeff helped us with our mortgage, then a few years later helped us with a refi. He helped my sister find a house then helped secure financing for her.
