  This is our second home we have bought with the help of Summit Funding in Bend. Sean Brennan, Rachel Schaberg, and their team are so talented and very driven to give you and every party involved the very best experience possible. That has been the case for us through both home purchases. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and timely. We always felt like our interest and concerns were our first and foremost and as a result we felt very well cared for and like we could take a deep breath during a otherwise stressful house buying process.   Kris and Lisa made our first time HB experience seamless and amazing! I would highly recommend summit to anyone looking to purchase a home. They were patient, worked with us, provided ongoing updates (even our broker mentioned several times of how much she appreciated working with summit and the updates). There are not enough amazing things I can say about summit.

  Sean was extremely professional, friendly and easy to work with. He was excellent at explaining the different loan options available. We have had several mortgages in the past and have never felt as comfortable and as informed as with Sean. The whole process of applying for the loan was effortless as Sean and his team made it so easy. They communicated regularly with us by updating our loan status and letting us know our next steps.
