  From the moment we met Shaun (actually from the time I first spoke to him on the phone) I could tell he was honest and good at what he does. He was very easy to talk to and knew what he was talking about. He always answered my emails, phone calls and texts. He was available to us at all times and we really appreciated his commitment to us! 5 months later, I had a question about some papers I got in the mail and the first person I thought to call was Shaun. He was so happy to help me even long after we closed on our home. Picking someone to work so closely with for your home loan is hard, especially when you do not live in the state you are wanting to purchase a home in. I am so thankful for Shaun and his team because he went above and beyond for our family. It was so nice to know we had someone we could trust even if we were miles away. If we ever need lending again, we will for sure be calling Shaun!

  We were referred to Shaun and his team through our realtor and they lived up to our expectations for financing our loan.   Shaun helped my husband and me refinance our loan. He was very patient, friendly and professional. He worked around my toddler and helped keep him entertained and even held my baby while we signed paperwork. He was very sincere when he told us that if we ever needed anything in the future to give him a call. A year later we had issues with our property taxes and, not knowing where to begin, I called Shaun. He not only helped us when it wasn't his problem, but worked very flexibly around my phone being broken and my inability to leave my house at the time. He helped me out of a very stressful situation and educated me on the process so I could make informed decisions. I highly recommend Shaun and his team.

  Shawn financed our first mortgage in 2007. We just got our funds for our refi. Shawn and his team did a fantastic and quick job. No crazy glitches that Shawn and Jordan could not handle. Our refi got completed during the virus shutdowns so we are very relieved ! This team is very people oriented and they are very organized. They have a lot of confidence in what they do.
