  Erik was outstanding in every step during refinancing process. He quickly responded on any of our requests, answered questions, made corrections. I was impressed how Erik was persistent getting appraisal documents from previous mortgage company, I terminated process with. He was calling them until they released documents, saving me over $700. Process was very quick - less than month from first contact to closure. True professional!
