  These guys were great. I started with a traditional lender, but being a business owner I ran into issues with tax transcripts that derailed our closing. Bill Medley was able to find an alternative mortgage package for us that enabled us to refi our first house and buy another too! Five stars all day long.

  I financed two of my homes with QuestRock and my experience interacting with Bill Medley and Lisa Berchock during the loan process was amazing. I found Bill to be both professional and personable during my first call. He is very straightforward and delivers what he promises. He is very clear about the rate he can offer based on the need & qualifications and tells you right away if he cannot offer a better rate (in my case, I got competitive rates for both my loans). He does not try to convince you to go with his company with long & annoying conversations. Once you agree on a rate, Lisa takes over, sets up the timelines and follows up through the entire loan process till the closing and she is very prompt. If you are a first time home buyer, if you have a rigid timeline to close on your home or if you are looking for excellent customer service as well as competitive rates, you should go with QuestRock.
