  If their was an option to give zero stars I would have. I understand polices and procedures very but trying to open an account with Eglin federal credit union in Destin has been the worst experience. At this point I am left to claim racisms. I tried 3time with the bank and all three occasion were different excuse. The most recent excuse was my id and after fixing the issue they told me I have to get fix, I still haven't been able to get the account open. After talking to others persons i realize I was among the minority to the account open at this branch. I believe that is not good enough.

  Absolutely the worst!!!! Their atm rejects checks constantly, their mobile app rejects checks all the time too. Then they charge you overdraft fees when you get a check in first thing in the morning the next business day even when transactions haven’t posted! Their systems are extremely outdated and make banking with them nearly impossible. They are also very shady!! Auto loan with them, I specifically rejected certain services that were added after the fact and then charged for them when I never wanted them! The worst banking experience ever!!! Better off paying the measly $10/ month at other banks for the monthly account fees. Eglin will find anyway to get an extra dime out of you, even if they have to cheat it!

  Everyone I encountered at this branch was incredibly helpful. Walked in, set up an account for the first time and got an Auto loan in less than an hour. Everyone seemed cheerful and polite. Clean restrooms too. My auto loan rate was significantly better than any quote i have yet to receive.

  The bank teller Ashley is very rude and unprofessional in the way she communicates with us the clients. Rude in the way she assumes a person can be stupid enough to run over the concrete and mess up my own car. She has no right to assume and yell at a customer. There are ways to communicate to people and she needs to learn how to do that working as a bank teller and providing customer service to the clients.

  Very kind ladies that work at the Destin branch. I am disabled and your ladies are very accommodating. It is already very hard for me to drive and I suffer of chronic pain, being treated like a human in a loving manner is highly appreciated. I love your employees! Thank you :)

  Incredible service and rates on home, auto and other personal loans that can not be beat! Love using this bank. Thank you for taking such good care of our Veterans and prior service members.
