  The worst service of my life seriously, the employer Elizabeth is the most incompetent worker I have seen in a long time, she simply did not want to help with a problem in a family account that I had to solve by calling myself, I do not understand how in person is more difficult than by phone

  This bank is so annoying. EVERY time I come here there's one teller, and she takes up to ten minutes per person she serves. I've been trying get my pin number fixed for OVER a month with no luck!. They are rude and extremely slow. I've been banking with BOA for at least yrs. I'm switching ASAP and I don't suggest anyone waste their valuable time

  Worst bank I have ever deal with, first time they didn’t want to cash they check because of one letter misspelled, second time they didn’t cash it because amount was over they limit what they cash , I ask them to call owner to validate it and they answer was owner have nothing to do with that , so they don’t accept they own checks . If you have account with them you it’s up to them accept or refuse that check.

  I have been a top tier customer @BOA. I have had problems here before but let it pass. Recently diagnosed with CoVid. I need checks. The website says bank is open, yet no one answers phone after several attempts. I need help but BOA doesn't offer this. The phone system sends you down a deep rabbit hole. I am so changing my account as soon as I am not on lockdown. Don't bank with them, you can do better. I wish there was a ZERO stars.

  This place follows the distance guidelines but that's about it for their usefulness. Got here, seat so I could be signed in and see someone, two to three people got after me for the same reason, the representative that's signing in saw me being first but decided to skip me until the end and of course now they had a waiting time of 20 minutes 🙃.

  I’ve been cashing my check here for 3 months....every time I come, there’s one teller and 10 people in line....Monday, Tuesday, you name it. I honestly feel really bad for the same teller lady I see every time doing all of the work. This branch needs assistance in a major way.

  I rarely post reviews, however the service at this branch is terrible. The worst I've seen at any bank ever. The branch manager doesn't seemed concerned when a top tier BOA customer from another city is turned away because she didnt have the time to assist the client. It cost her a very large account.
