  Eli is one of the best mortgage professionals I’ve worked with. He shows up to closings, offers great financing and helps my clients get into their home. If a person doesn’t qualify, he also has resources in place to help clients with their credit and a realtor referral for those who are without a realtor. Looking forward to closing more deals with Eli in 2022!!!

  I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Eli for the purchase of my second home. From the very beginning Eli was thorough with explaining processes and procedures, communication, and overall treatment. He would explain things in a way for me to have a good understanding prior to signing documents. He had an excellent response time to emails, texts and phone calls. Another positive thing I can say is he genuinely seems to care about his clients. I was scheduled to move the same week as Christmas and he worked hard and was able to get a sooner date so my family would be in our new house before the holiday. Very professional, provides a first class experience. I would HIGHLY recommend him to friends, family, and YOU!

  I first met Eli as a colleague any years ago and have seen through him that the "high risk, high reward" motto pays off. However that requires a ton of work in that process which was why I knew he was the mortgage guy for me. Watching him work towards establishing himself as a top of the line broker should encourage anyone hears his story. For myself, I worked with Eli for over 3.5 years looking for my first home (at least 1 of those years just getting information on planning to look). Even when I wasn't active in looking, Eli always made himself available to answer any questions I had. We did have some bumps in the road with a hectic market; even having a deal fall through a day before closing. Even after that debacle, we continued to push through. And again while I took another break from looking, Eli still made himself available to answer any question I had regarding the market. We finally found a property that worked and crossed the finish line to close. Eli will keep you informed every step of the way, always fight for your best interest, and will work hard for on your behalf.
