  At the PSCU in John Dingell Veteran's hospital in Detroit, MI. This is A branch where of I've been a member for years. Today, , the young bank attendant was short & snappy with me after I asked a question about exchanging Canadian money after an overseas trip. Never had that happen at that center before. She must be new. Won't be coming to that branch again. Sheetz that was a nasty attitude for the a.m. UPDATE: This incident was a first after many years of great customer service at this branch. I applaud the Manager, Ms. Sonya for reaching out to understand my concerns. Great job in always assisting us Veteran's at the PSCU branch located inside Detroit's John Dingell Veteran's Hospital. I appreciate your service to our Veteran's, and for helping me out.

  I opened an account recently and the service I received was excellent. Mr. Cunningham was very efficient and it was really nice to be able to get my debit card same day. The teller Dominique was really friendly as well as fast. I was even greeted by the manager Leslie, I have never been greeted by a manager and thanked for joining in any other bank. They really made me feel welcomed and let me know about the upcoming promos going on.

  My family and I have been members since the late 80’s. We find the Millender Center location very convenient and comfortable. The staff and management are always exceptional and go above and beyond to make sure that our concerns and needs are met. I highly recommend joining this credit union and enjoying its many benefits and programs.

  I go to the Millender location for all my banking needs. I financed my last few loans and Leslie has always made it happen for me. I never have any issues when I need help with my business account. I recommend Public Service to anyone looking for a good Credit Union.

  I love coming to The location inside of the Millender center. Valorian and Leslie always make sure I am taken care of. No matter how many questions I ask they remain professional and most helpful at all times. My father and I have been banking with the credit union for over 15 years and I keep coming to this location because of their level of service.

  I’ve met with Valorian Cunningham the Assistant Manager for the Millender Branch and he goes well above and beyond for his customers. He’s helped me and my with insurance inquiries as well as credit inquiries and was very patient with us when we spewed multi questions. He’s an awesome person to have at PSCU!

  I have been a member for over 15 years. I have alway been very pleased with the professionalism of all of the staff BUT one young lady in particular has always helped me and my family when times got tough. Leslie Jones is the best !!!! We appreciate you !

  This branch rocks!!! Leslie helped me open an account for my teen. The customer service was great, felt like I was talking to family instead of handling business. I'm definitely gonna spread the word.

  We are not better people based on our belief but we are better based on our actions The service and actions of branch manager Leslie Jones have truly made my life better. Her level of professionalism is to be imitated. She is a customer service expert. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond have bled over onto her entire staff. Everything from the house I live in, the car I drive, Credit card, and investment/ personal loans. Ms. Jones has been apart of it. Ms. Jones's assistant manager Valorian is second to none. He has an extraordinary personality and knows his job. I love the fact that we can talk sports also. He brings balance to the branch. Thanks for all y'all do. #Beststaffandbranch...

  Excellent customer service and customer care. Friendly professional staff! Wonderful banking experience. Valorian C. and Leslie J are always friendly and willing to help in anyway. I would recommend everyone to join PSCU!!
