  EFG is a company that I actually like to work with. They are all very nice and knowledgeable on what they are doing. Would highly recommend everyone that is planning on purchasing an extended warranty to look into EFG Companies.

  I pay monthly for this coverage and they treated me horribly. I informed EFG through KIA that I needed a new tire and EFG informed me they would send an adjuster in two days. I waited two days later and EFG wrote a note on my account that they were not sending an adjuster. I would not recommend using there protection if EFG doesn’t abide in their own contract.

  I have been in the service industry at the dealership level since 1986 and i just wanted someone at EFG to know how much I appreciated working with Blake ...he was precise and on point getting me taken care of quickly with zero defects .... in a business where time is money THANK YOU BLAKE

  I work for a BMW dealership & have filed many claims over the years. What warranty company you choose really makes a difference. Joe Blakley has been a great claims adjuster to work with.

  EFG was a great experience. My trainer thought me everything there is to know about the road to the sale in automotive industry. I'm grateful and pleased that EFG does the trainer for our dealership.

  Update I got a call today from the supervisor I wish I could remember her name because she was great. This is a stand up warranty company I was told my car wasn’t covered and the supervisor called me back today to inform me that my car was covered and they will be fixing my car. This is a stand up company and I will be buy all my car warranty from them. Please feel free to email me with any questions about my experiences. The only thing I regret is not remembering the lady’s name that called me with the good news. Thank you very much Larry/Cathy Dean

  I just had to have a car repair done. I have the GOLD package that I bought with my car, and I took it to the dealership and it was repaired and totally covered after my 100.00 deductible. It was the most smooth stress free experience ever and my rental car I had to have was also reimbursed. I was scared they wouldn't cover anything because ive heard bad stories of extended warranties but these guys were awesome and super nice to talk too. I highly recommend getting the coverage you need through them!! And no I wasn't paid or asked to do this.

  Dropped off my car 7 business days ago and Service Manager contacted EFG on Tuesday (week ago yesterday). EFG was supposed to get back in touch with him on Wednesday (week ago today). By end of business on Thursday, no response. On Friday, he contacted me to ask me to contact EFG or to come get my car. After speaking with Amanda and then her supervisor, Jessica (Ext 8312) on Friday afternoon, they contacted my dealership to say they'd send someone out Monday to inspect the vehicle (assume to verify what needs repaired). At the end of the day Monday, I contacted my Service Manager and he said they (EFG) were supposed to get back with him on Tuesday (yesterday). On Tuesday, I was informed that the EFG Warranty Administrator would contact the dealership tomorrow (i.e. today). After my dealership emailing and leaving two phone messages, we still haven't heard from EFG today (in excess of the 48 hours you would expect as a maximum). The dealership has requested I contact EFG as the consumer; as such, I left voicemails .... I honestly don't think they even pick up the phone as I have yet to speak to a real person with the exception of a receptionist and some guy in I.T. when I input the incorrect extension ... it seems like they just don't want to even deal with the consumer. As I've never used an extended warranty company before (not even for a toaster at Walmart), maybe I'm expecting too much from EFG. In my business, you keep an open like of communication with your client (and their subcontractors) or you risk failure. Maybe I'm doing business wrong ....
