Jim Long1Finally opened a 360 acct last week. Drove here from the Arlington" bank" yesterday to find locked doors and no explanation. Phone says the branch is open regular hours, but then it just rings. Not even a sign on the door. So I notice cars coming from the back and realize there's a drive through. Sat in line 20 minutes for one of the 2 tellers to help. There must have been at least 5 people sitting around at that service center in Arlington. Ive had my venture card for a year and the service was so good I was actually excited to open this account but I'm closing both now. I want no part of this nonsense. This corrosion of standards. A bank that's not a bank. What are you people doing?

Amy Baza1This branch is ridiculous with their never working ATM!! I've seen the reviews and I'm obviously not the first one with this complaint. Then you have an ATM inside the Locked lobby, what's the point???

Kiarra1UPDATE: It's Noon, and the bank is not open? Either update your hours or close this bank. It's Useless! FedEx can't even deliver their package. Where is corporate? Who is the social media manager? Have they seen the reviews? Ms. Shauntae, I highly recommend you take a better approach when conducting business with customers. Your attitude is very off-putting and rude. I have three accounts with Capital One. I am now considering moving my funds to another bank. I hope corporate sees this review and offers you further training.

Joshua Armentrout1One Teller staffed for a dozen customers waiting in the lobby, absolutely no sense of urgency. Had to come to the bank because the online app wouldn’t work. Insane.

Pre A1On 3/28/22 at this location and I was treated like filth for wanting to make a withdrawal from my account by Mairead who thought it was ok to yell and disrespect me. As if that wasn’t enough Jeremy also added fuel to the burning fire and threatened me for my own money. He lied to me about the manager being on seat and gave me a wrong number when I demanded to speak to his upper. Those two wasted my time and I am soooo upset at this point I wasn’t tot take all of my money away and my business. The level of unprofessionalism experienced at this location is uncalled for. People should not serve people if they do not have common courtesy and manners. That’s just my two cents. I hate rude folks.

Seleste Sanchez1My father was depositing into my account, to help pay medical bills for my Newborn in the NICU to be discharged and Teller refused to deposit because he didn’t have an account. Ridiculous. As a Bank teller my self, Chase does not require any information but the account number. Beyond disappointed.

lauren shelton1Well they’re not incompetent but they are the slowest bankers I have ever encountered. Today I arrived at 10am and, with only 2 vehicles in front of me, left at 10:50am. That is unacceptable, they weren’t busy inside and didn’t explain why they were taking so long to process deposits. My God, I could’ve driven across town, completed my deposit, and been back to work by the time I eventually received service. I understand a lot of people are struggling right now with staffing but this is ridiculous. Okay sir: when another car left in the line next to me, a teller hopped on to tell me a newbie was working on my deposits. At this point it had been 20 minutes sent I sent my SIX checks for deposit. I am extremely upset with how their training process is going and that they allow it to take so long at the expense of the customer. I should have just left when I pulled up to two cars, but I will certainly NOT be returning to this location anytime soon and advise everyone else to avoid it at all costs.
