  We worked with Blake Montgomery and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We sent him so many different numbers and he was able to run them all and got back to us very quick. We put all of our trust in him, and he surpassed our expectations. We weren't sure we were able to get approved for much but Blake helped us understand where we were at and was very transparent, which I really appreciated! He was able to look at different options with us and eventually found one that worked perfectly and got us into our dream home!! We went through quite a few ups and downs and he was very optimistic throughout the entire process and that was very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Blake to anyone looking into getting a new home!!!

  I’m so glad we got our new refinance at the right time with Econ Mortgage. I had been thinking about it for some time and they let me know when the best rates were happening. We locked in the loan and they let me know when I needed to e-sign or get them documents. It was pretty seamless! Thanks!

  I Highly recommend Econ Mortgage. I am a Real Estate Broker and I've worked with a lot of lenders over the last decade. Ironically, I had the privilege of working with Phillip on the other side of two of my transactions. One of them was a really difficult situation with a condo that was tied up with an HOA lawsuit. He did such an amazing job with a difficult situation and went above and beyond until he found a solution. He is now my go-to lender. Since he owns the Company, I find he has more flexibility and can also find multiple products to match each client's situation. I recommend all my clients get more than one opinion and shop products and rates. So far, Phillip has never been beat on fees nor APR. He also has some very unique programs. I would highly recommend Phillip. He stays on top of the transaction is very available.

  Horrible communication. They will not return emails, or phone calls. Closing has taken longer than other companies. If you want to close in less than 45 days, stay away. Started application in Dec 2020, it's now May 21st 2021. Have not heard a reply or response since April 23rd after being told I was approved. This is my second experience with them. Both times things took significantly longer and had problems.
