  I've done TWO loans now with Ryan and his team, and they have been excellent both times! At one point I was under the impression that all mortgage lenders are essentially created equal and it really doesn't matter much which one you go with—I WAS WRONG! I've worked with other lenders in the past and found pros and cons with each. I've spent a good amount of time researching and shopping around, and I've found that Ryan seems to have to best deals and options, both in terms of loan products and the service he provides. With something as big as a 30-YEAR MORTGAGE, trust me, you want to make sure you get it right! Ryan is NOT a "one-size-fits-all" solution. He is extremely good and HONEST about finding the right fit for you, and he will let you know if he thinks there is a better solution for your circumstances (even if it means cutting into his commissions). Ryan is NOT interested in getting you into a BAD loan just to collect a paycheck himself—if it's not RIGHT for you, then it's not RIGHT for him. In addition, Ryan and his team are not in the business of RUSHING as many loan applications through the door as possible; rather, they CONSCIOUSLY and CAREFULLY invest time and effort into each applicant to ensure quality service and meticulous work. Whitney Hyer (a loan processor at Advantage Mortgage Home Loans) invested a good amount of time and effort working on my recent loan application and documents, and I found her to be equally EXCELLENT in her service and commitment to quality. Whitney is knowledgeable, responsive and exceptionally kind in her work! As one who is not easily impressed, I've been IMPRESSED with Advantage Mortgage Home Loans, and I highly recommend them!

  Working with Ryan and his team was amazing. It was incredible how quickly they got everything done, got us taken care of, and made our refinance happen. Super friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. We had been working with another company, but it had taken so long and was so difficult we gave up and started looking for someone else to help us. Thankfully that's when we found Advantage Mortgage. The experience was exactly what we hoped for. Can't say enough good things. It was a mistake to try anywhere else and we'll happily come back for mortgages and refinances in the future.
