  Bob is an amazing person. I am not suprised he has so many great reviews. He helped open my eyes to credit and how it works. He also took time to work with me at his expense for it to just come to a dead end but that was my fault and not his. He is sharp and knows his stuff and when I get my things in order I will be back to try to find another avenue. Thanks again Bob.

  Bob is a rockstar. He does more than he says he can. Our experience was a ride and when it all came together, Bob got the financing lined up faster than expected. We pushed the close date up a week and it was no problem. He’s there to answer questions and explain things in an accessible way. The process can be intimidating so having a calm guiding voice is helpful. If you want the best, call Bob. I’ll refer everyone to him from now on!

  Bob has been the most helpful lender! We have used him for four different houses and have absolutely loved him! He answered my constant questions and never hesitated to tell me nothing but the truth. If you are looking for someone who gets the job done quick Bob is definitely a go to!! Highly recommend!!

  Bob Kirkman is one of the best Mortgage lenders in the business. I've used Bob's services multiple times over the years. He help me with numerous investment properties and several times with my primary homes. The latest was with my primary home and vacation home.   This is my second transaction with Bob Kirkman. I also have family that uses him a lot. He is one of the most upfront and honest people I have ever met and his skills with VA loans cannot be matched. In both of my transactions the deals just got better at closing. He has a way over over delivering and by the time you walk out of signing you just know you got the best deal out there. Oh and I almost forgot to mention he is FAST!!!!!   I have used Bob in the past, so when I decided to refinance my home to get a lower interest rate, I called him again. He not only got me a lower rate, he also helped change it to a cash out. He communicated with me via text, email, or phone call, whatever it took to reach me with questions or requests. He was on top of the process the whole way. Outstanding service and I'd use him again if the need arises.

  Bob became a lifetime friend and resource for us after he helped us a close a loan about 15 years ago. He has since closed many loans for us, and things always turn out at closing the way he says they'll turn out, which has often not been the case with other loans we've closed.
