Camille Ford1I was so disappointed in the service. We came right after work to open a new account. We got there at 430, and they close at 5. At 5:05 they told us they couldn't help us and to come back another day. When I asked if it was possible to just wait a few more minutes because I had just filled out everything online, the clerk went and asked and they still told us to just come back another day. I do understand that some days are busier than others but we were there in plenty of time before closing and it would not have taken long for them to help us.

Amie Aragon1Never know what they are doing At any location I’m so ready to be done with golden west do not waste your time here it’s a horrible bank also customer service is very rude also save your recipes the workers will overcharge you and pocket the money don’t trust them
