  This store has the worst customer service! All they could do to say hello. Then told me they have no money to cash anything- go to green springs. Hung up with me on the phone earlier that day. Rudest people I have seen this season!!!

  By far the most pleasant experience with the lady that worked the day of 09/24/2020. She is truly a customer service expert. I can see her moving up within the company. I have been a regular with the company but this location I think is the best in Birmingham. -William Halsey Jr

  The ladies at Easy Money Hwy 280 are friendly and always keep a smile on my face. They take good care of me every time I come in there to get Money orders. These are some of the nicest people in customer service I’ve seen in a while. Then it’s a one money shop.

  Samantha is awesome!! I love coming in and seeing her face cause not only do i get amazing service- i leave with a smile after some laughs! Can’t imagine this place without her!

  The guy, Zane, is wonderful and always helpful. I sometimes think he is the only worker in there. But he very prompt and extremely polite and have great communication with all customers. Love him!!!!

  Samantha showed excellent customer service, she was very professional, she practice social distance,and i thought she was the manager when I asked she said she wasnt but she has good management skills.
