  My experience with World Finance in Hoover has been amazing! All of the staff has been very friendly, but Shannon is who I have personally dealt with as far as opening up a loan, making my payments, & renewing my loan. She has been GREAT! Very thorough, friendly, & great at what she does!

  If you need a quick easy loan world finance hoover is the absolute best! All of the employs are so nice and helpful but shannon is absolutely amazing! She explained everything we needed to know before hand so there was no surprises later on. She was one of the easiest most laid back people to deal with!

  World finance is a great place to get a loan. Staff is friendly and Shannon explained the process and answered any questions that I had. I have recommended the Hoover office to my friends and family. The office always smells good and is clean which makes a difference when your doing business!

  World finance in Hoover is absolutely amazing!! The entire staff is friendly and Shannon was such a pleasure to work with. She truly went above and beyond and throughly explain the loan process. I will definitely recommend the Hoover office to my friends and family.

  Great place to get a loan. Made me feel comfortable and would recommend them to my friends and family! Be sure and ask for Shannon when u call or go into the office! She was extremely helpful and such a kind and courteous person. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly!

  I did my application online and got a call the next day. I spoke with Shannon at the Hoover location and she gave me the amount I was approved for. When there was an option to come pick it up I stated to her that my license is lost and I do have a picture of it. She said well you can’t just go online for it and send me a copy. I said to her I cannot and my paycheck from my job are electronically done. When she proceeded the call with an attitude I simply stated just cancel the application and request. She said thank you and hung up before I even finished what I was saying. I called back and asked if she was the person I spoke to and she confirmed it. I let her know that her actions she did on the line were completely rude and unnecessary whatsoever. That’s not how you do business with someone and this was my actual first time trying to do business with World Finance. NEVER AGAIN. I wish they could give negative stars.

  That never tell people that after u pay a loan off from world finance from a different state that you have to wait exactly 6 months before reapplying I was wondering if anybody else actually knew that nobody has told me and they didn't tell me when I came into their store that you have to wait 6 months before reapplying for a loan for this company this is why I'm giving it one star and everything but the customer guarantee on it is good the courteous is good but just one thing they do not tell nobody that you got to wait 6 months before reapplying

  The staff at World Finance were very helpful and courteous. I spoke with Shannon and she was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional. I definitely recommend World Finance in Hoover for all your tax and loan needs.

  I just want your company to know that your Hoover Al. location on John Hawkins Pkwy has a jewel of an employee, a Mrs Shannon Watts. She's extremely thorough and extremely attentive to the needs of your company's clients. When I walked into World Finance and sat down to patiently wait to be seen, I observed Mrs Watts was the only employee taking care of not only the customers, but answering the phones and always keeping me posted on how long it was going to take. Once called she was extremely gracious and helped me pick the best loan possible for me. Couldn't have done better if it had been someone else. Shannon Watts deserves a raise, a bonus, or a much needed vacation. Whatever your company does to reward its stell as r employees do just th as t for her. Thank you guys for the low interest personal loan and I would appreciate it if Mrs Watts atlesdt learns of one of her customers cudoz.
