      I stood at the counter for 17 minutes waiting for someone to assist me with purchasing 2 tablets. Other customers, even the one's that came in after myself, were asked if they needed any help. Not sure why, but I was blatantly ignored. I can't comment on the quality of customer service here because I didn't receive any.

      It’s a pawn shop. I’m a negotiator by trade, but hate it when I’m on the other side of the table. They treat people fair and stand by their work. Go in with realistic expectations that this is a business and you are the one asking them for money. You can walk away at any time. No hard feelings. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff
