  Beware. I just looked them up in BBB. One star rating. They are not a BBB consumer. I read the reviews which should always be taken with a grain of salt. My shock was how the company responded rude and unprofessional. Their final nice response reads as lip service to save face. I will not consider using them. I'll be looking at BBB accredited mortgage companies and FDIC banks.

  Jody Scarpinato, is hands down theeeee best! We’ve dealt with other lenders who unfortunately didn’t have the knowledge he did, and the confidence in our case. Once we explained our situation he says “ send me everything I asked for, I can help you.” I didn’t doubt him for a second. He was always very confident in his work, and knew exactly what we needed to get us approved by the lender. We are officially home owners and Jody made it possible. He is very thorough, on point, attentive and we’re so very grateful for him! We definitely recommend him to our family and friends. We hope the very best for him. Jody Thank you !!! You rock

  Mike Hyatt offered an excellent service to me, he was stellar in everything he did. I am a first time home buyer and Mike made himself available any moment I had a question.   Did not have a good experience with lou williamson he was very rude and unprofessional. He was very hostile with my mom not sure If he was having a bad day or because we had a few more question. I was very looking forward to coming to this location because of the good reviews here but lou has ruined my experience. Someone should really have a performance discussion with him. I wish I had someone else working with us probably the outcome could've been different.

  I recently used East Coast Capital for a refinance and the experience through the entire process was excellent. I also used them when I purchased my house 5 years ago and the process then was also excellent. Very professional, very thorough, and very quick. They set expectations and stuck to timelines. I highly recommend to anyone looking to either purchase or refinance their property.

  Karen Jones is the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly, got the lowest rate, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Karen was always responsive, and very helpful explaining the entire process to me (first time home buyer). Can't say enough good things about her and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a mortgage!
