  I have used this service for 12 years and highly recommend it. I am paying my mortgage off 3 years ahead of schedule and saved over $25,000 in interest. I recently spoke with Rachelle to notify Earn Up of upcoming payoff, and see what I needed to do to stop auto withdrawal. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and told me what was needed from me, she took care of cancelling auto withdraw. She is an incredible asset to this company.

  Last evening I called with the objective of making arrangements to discontinue withdrawals as I am paying off my mortgage this month. What a wonderful experience I had! I was connected with a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable representative named Rachell. When I explained the reason for my call, she excitedly congratulated me, with the same enthusiasm as if I had just delivered the news to a good friend or family member! It was great! Rachell walked me through the process, got everything lined up and then also informed me that Earn Up can be used for car and personal loans as well. Something I didn’t previously know. I would 100% recommend using the company!

  We received notice that our fee is increasing to $10.00 and my lender offers the same biweekly payments so I called to cancel. I spoke with Rochelle, maybe she’s in your retention department because she was not allowing me to cancel without an explanation. Rochelle was very thorough, she explained to both my husband and I why we should not cancel. She agreed free is good but quality of service is better. She also added lenders sell loans and we could be one of them. Do we want to keep joining a biweekly every time they sell and maybe run the risk of potential fraud giving and sending personal information. She gave us all the benefits of the Earn-up equity accelerator and we decided to stay. I want to share with your company that you have a star employee. I wish I could have dedicated employees like Rochelle here at my company. Please take the time out and recognize her because she is definitely an asset to any company.

  I appreciate everything EarnUp has done to help make our mortgage payment process so easy. The customer service representatives were always very pleasant and willing to help answer questions and solve problems with a smile in their voice.... I would not hesitate to use EarnUp again!!

  I have been a customer for Earn Up for a few years now and recently refinanced my home loan, I need to decide to reup or try to figure out how to pay on my own I had such a great experience before. I called to add my new mortgage. I talked to a very helpful young lady named Rachell who took all my information she need over the phone and helped my get all set up again. I am very happy with the service that I get from Earn Up and would recommend them to anyone.

  I have been a customer of EarnUp for 20 years. EarnUp is a fantastic service that I have used on multiple properties and through many loan transfers. I recently ran into an issue with a new lender on a refinance. Rachell went above and beyond your normal customer service and helped solve my problem. She 3-way called the lender and we got to the bottom of it. I am blown away with the level of customer service she provided and the level of knowledge and experience. You do not get that everywhere. Kudos to EarnUp for providing such excellent customer support members. Thanks Rachell!

  I had a technical issue with my account. They gave me a dedicated representative who made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend this company.

  We have used Earnup now for 2 mortgages and will soon be using them again for a new upcoming mortgage. Process has always been simple and done right the first time. Once you do the easy setup, it takes care of it for you going foward. Great experience.
