  Who ever thought it was a good idea to remodel this branch with only 1 teller window needs to be fired. Meanwhile there are 5 bankers that are sitting in their cubicles playing on phones. It takes a line out the door to even get the attention of 1 banker to help the lady at the teller window. I've easily spent 35 minutes in line here before.

  I had an appointment to open a business account. I was early and a customer service representative (female Asian/wish I got her name to thank her here) immediately came to make sure I am taken care of. She nicely handed me off to Ghassan Ereikat who helped with my needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I was 100% happy with this efficient and successful visit to this B of A branch.

  Got my account opened on 12/28, even tho it is Saturday, the branch is not crowded at all , and Ghassan who only comes to this branch on Saturdays, helped me opened my account and deposited my traveler's check with great service, not a single problem encountered even for a foreigner like me to open a account here, no doubt this branch has the highest rating on google map, I definitely recommend this branch and Ghassan who works at Geary-Masonic branch on weekdays as well, excellent job BOA!

  This is the only San Francisco Bank of America in the valley. I recommend going here if you want to look out the window and see what the weather is like up in the Bay Area. Unfortunately, they blocked the rear exit that used to allow immediate access from Van Nuys to San Francisco. i guess Jack Kerouak was right after all: gotta go there the slow way, on the road. I don't know if he said that, but that's what the bank tellers tell me. They say the worst is when they take the trash out at night, and then they have to catch a flight back to Van Nuys. Weird!

  They always have this location close for meetings. And the service is poor.
